Architect Paul Kersey (Charles Bronson) moves to Los Angeles to forget the Manhattan murder of his beloved wife that sent him on a violent rampage in the previous installment of this story. But the guy can't seem to catch a break: In no time at all his cook is raped and killed and his daughter is raped again and commits suicide. Kersey is plenty pissed off. He takes to the streets and freeways to seek justice in his own bloody way. Fishburne plays street tough Cutter.
