Five incorrigible, young criminal offenders are taken from their scattered detention facilities to a remote spot in the Florida Everglades. A Vietnam veteran appears and over the course of the next weeks trains the teens to work and fight together. The group is taken to Miami where they engage in urban combat with the local cocaine king and his henchman, Cream, a drug-pushing thug played by Fishburne.
