What's going to happen when he's older and has to be in school?

Well, I'll tell you what, it's going to be an interesting problem to tackle. I have no problem with a tutor if he's happy with that, but if he likes school so much… I mean, I didn't love school – if my mother had told me we were gonna, like go on the road and have a tutor, I'd have been, “Yeah!” [Laughs] But if he likes school, which I hope he does, then I'll have a hard time taking him out.

You know this is coming: So Jett's three now – isn't it time for a brother or sister?

Mmm…it's, ah…this is how I feel: I watched my wife be pregnant for nine months, and I watched her have a child, and my feeling is that it's really up to her. I'm ready whenever she is, but it's her body. She really needs to make the decision.

And?

So her decision was to do a couple more films, and then she'll be ready.

Fair enough. Let's switch gears. Have you ever thought of leaving your career because it wasn't going well?

No. I was disappointed, but I'm a very real guy, very real with the ups and downs of life. If the rug is pulled from beneath me, it's like: “OK, what happened there? How were you responsible for this? Take a look at it.”
